Juita Jalil was a joyful and heart-warming presence to have at our Bersanding Ceremony. I am grateful for the dedication she showed around tailoring her speeches to align with my spiritual beliefs, and to celebrate my love for poetic expression. As someone who uses words consciously, I’m deeply appreciative for the care and consideration she had placed around them, since we were in such a space of sacredness, ritual and festivity. Juita definitely contributed to the easeful flow of the event during and after, and brought an element of flair and sweetness to the occasion. My free-spirited mermaid heart felt safe, respected and in full trust with having her as our Master of Ceremonies.
